Vinification & Aging

Manual harvest , respecting the integrity of the fruit
Cold maceration in stainless steel vats after destemming, to preserve the aromatic finesse
Aged for 6 months in demi-muids (600 L) , providing finesse and roundness
Light filtration
Alcohol content: 13%

Tasting

Dress : Bright purple red
Nose : aromas of violets and ripe fruits
Palate : A crisp and elegant wine with flavors of strawberries, raspberries and vanilla in its youth, evolving towards notes of undergrowth.
