100% Syrah , from the clay-limestone gravel hillsides of Allex (Drôme)

Cultivated with respect, the vines benefit from natural grassing and organic treatments in homeopathic doses , guaranteeing an expressive and sincere wine.

Vinification & Aging

Manual harvest to preserve all the quality of the fruit

Destemming and cold maceration in stainless steel vats to extract finesse and freshness

Aged for 8-10 months in demi-muid (600 L) , providing structure and complexity

Light filtration and very little, if any, sulfites added depending on the year.

Alcohol content: 13%

Tasting

Color : Ruby red with purple highlights
Nose : Fruity and delicious, dominated by aromas of red fruits
Palate : Finesse and balance with notes of strawberry, cherry in juice, plum in alcohol , enhanced by a spicy and floral touch of Sichuan berry .
