This exceptional white wine combines tradition and know-how with manual harvesting to preserve the integrity of the grapes.

Vinification & Aging

Destemming and pneumatic pressing to extract all the purity of the fruit.

Low temperature fermentation , followed by partial aging in French oak demi-muids (400 L) for 6 months .

Malolactic fermentation, light filtration and minimal addition of sulfites.

Alcohol content: 13%

Tasting

Color : Bright golden yellow
Nose : Floral and delicate (white flowers, honeysuckle, peony, iris, hawthorn)
Palate : Fresh and refined, with subtle aromas of white-fleshed fruits , supported by a citrus note that brings balance and liveliness.
